Rolling tool holder

In a flexographic printing press, there is an ink transfer device called an anilox roll. The cylindrical surface of this device is covered with continuous dots of usually only a few ten to several tens of micrometers and a depth of only a few ten to ten micrometers. Generally, the rolling method is used, and in order to achieve a predetermined dot depth, it is necessary to repeatedly roll the workpiece several times. Since the upper copper plated surface is very shallow, and the cylindrical surface of the rolled mesh is very long, it needs to be processed with the tool holder. However, during the movement of the common tool holder, its rigid support will destroy the processed dots on the surface of the workpiece, making processing impossible.
