In 2014, Jinli Gold Lead invested more than 40 million yuan in the treatment of smelter flue gas, built 4 new “calcium-calcium†double-alkali desulphurization towers, and provided all-weather automatic on-line monitoring facilities for flue gas. The desulfurization system can reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by 148.97 tons and 5.903 tons of soot annually. It can reduce the electricity consumption by 1,457,000 tons per year and generate an annual economic benefit of nearly 15 million yuan. The concentration of flue gas after desulphurization is stable to less than 150mg/m3, far below the national 400mg/m3 and Henan Province's 250mg/m3 emission standards; National standards for nitrogen oxides 240mg/m3, gold and gold lead 140mg/m3 Dust national standard 80mg/m3, Jinli gold lead 20mg/m3.

The collected rainwater was all used for production and was not discharged. After treatment, wastewater can effectively remove heavy metal ions from circulating wastewater and realize the company's production water circulation. Invested more than 1.2 million yuan to add 3 sets of on-line monitoring devices for smoke and SO2 on-line monitoring in real time, and realized real-time data transmission with the Henan Provincial Department of Communications. In order to comprehensively utilize the solid waste generated in the production process, Jinlijin Lead has built a fuming furnace and built a bag filter at the same time.
