From July 8th to 10th, the China High-Tech Industrialization Research Association held a high-efficiency energy-saving and ammonia-nitrogen resource utilization seminar in the national high-concentration organic wastewater treatment and engineering application new technology and new equipment exchange seminar held in Shanghai. The high concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment technology attracted great attention from the participants.
Song Yunhua, the project leader and associate professor of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, introduced that most of the ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment technologies, such as nitrification and denitrification, breakpoint chlorination, and reaction precipitation, define ammonia nitrogen in wastewater as pollutants. The method reduces the ammonia nitrogen content in the wastewater and does not realize resource utilization. Other processing technologies, such as the traditional stripping deamination technology, have the problems of large steam consumption and high processing cost. In fact, the key to ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment is to achieve high efficiency, low energy consumption and resource utilization.
Based on this situation, the project team defined ammonia nitrogen in wastewater as a recyclable resource, based on steam stripping deamination technology with high efficiency and good technical maturity, and existed in the traditional steam stripping wastewater deamination technology. It has a large steam consumption (generally 250-300kg/ton of wastewater) and a high consumption of waste water. It has been developed with innovative process design, high-efficiency deamination technology and equipment, energy-saving technology and equipment. High concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment technology in various working conditions. This technology has been successfully applied to many large petrochemical enterprises.
Song Yunhua emphasized that deamination efficiency and steam consumption are the two most important indicators. The technology can treat wastewater with ammonia nitrogen content above 60,000 mg/L to less than 15 mg/L (satisfying national first-class emission standards), and at least 5 mg/L, and ammonia nitrogen can concentrate ammonia and high concentration ammonia. Or the form of liquid ammonia to achieve resource utilization. The steam consumption is 30-180kg/ton of wastewater, and the lowest is even less than 30kg/ton of wastewater. At present, the project has formed a complete set, serialization technology, such as stripping rectification deamination, double-effect energy-saving stripping deamination, steam cycle stripping deamination, super gravity stripping deamination, and modules of ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment equipment. Automation, automation, can provide efficient menu-style services for enterprises.
It is understood that there are many types of wastewater discharged by industrial enterprises in China, and the total amount of wastewater is very large. Among them, only ammonia nitrogen wastewater has an annual emission of ammonia nitrogen exceeding 300,000 tons. A large amount of ammonia nitrogen emissions pollute the environment and waste resources. Low-concentration ammonia-nitrogen wastewater can generally be biochemically treated at a lower cost. However, for most industrial enterprises, the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the ammonia nitrogen wastewater is very high, up to tens of thousands of milligrams per liter, and deamination treatment is required first.
