2. When the bearing oscillating motor replaces the new bearing; it is necessary to use the same bearing as the original type.
.1) The bearing is washed with fire oil; pressed into the bearing seat; fill the shell of the bearing outer ring with Shell No. 3 lithium base grease to two-thirds full; use the net hand to change evenly; install the bearing gland; The bolts of the bolt-proof anti-slipping rubber are pressed against the bearing gland.
.2) The bearing is a detachable cylindrical roller bearing in the front and back; the bearing should be placed on the rotating shaft and in place.
.3) Mount the bearing housing on the casing; if there is a grease injection hole; it is necessary to align the bearing. Press the fastening bolt with the anti-loose rubber to press the bearing seat.
.4) The painful block in the watch is mounted on the rotating shaft and is in place; if there is an axis key, the shaft key should be inserted into the keyway and then the external pain block should be installed; the shaft retaining ring is mounted on the rotating shaft.
.5) tightly fix the bite block fastening bolt; change the adjustable bite block; make it reach the viewpoint position before the unloading and tighten the fastening bolt. After the above assembly is completed; the shaft should have a certain axial movement,
.6) Protective cover on both ends of the upper oscillating motor; fastened with screws.
