There are many ways to reduce the humidity in the shed.

In the low temperature season in winter and spring, plastic greenhouses are often not ventilated. The high air humidity inside will inhibit the normal transpiration of plants, slow down the normal water circulation of the soil, induce and aggravate the occurrence of pests and diseases, and easily cause falling flowers and fruits. So, how to reduce the air humidity in the shed?

1. Use no drop film. The use of a non-drip film can reduce the amount of water accumulated on the surface of the film, and is advantageous for light transmission and temperature increase. It is also possible to reduce the amount of water accumulated on the surface of the film by spraying the surface of the ordinary film with or without drops, or by regularly spraying the surface of the film with milk powder or soy flour.

2. Cover the mulch. Covering the mulch generally increases the ground temperature at 10 cm by an average of 2 to 3 ° C, and increases the minimum temperature of the ground by about 1 ° C. At the same time, because the film is not gas permeable, the number of ground water evaporation and irrigation can be reduced, thereby reducing the humidity of the air in the shed.

3. Ridge cultivation. The high ridge surface area is large, the daytime receives more light, and the heat absorbed from the air is also much, so the temperature rises quickly, the soil moisture evaporates quickly, and the humidity is not easy to be high.

4. Reasonable watering. Watering the shed in winter, you need to do “five pouring and no pouring”, that is, pouring water and not pouring water (watering in sunny days, not watering on cloudy days), not pouring before pouring (watering before noon, not watering in the afternoon) Pouring small without pouring large (watering small water, not flooding), pouring water without cooling (low temperature in winter, preheating in the shed when watering, re-watering when water temperature is close to ground temperature), pouring dark Do not pour out (pour dark water, do not pour water). At the same time, we must vigorously promote new irrigation techniques such as drip irrigation and membrane irrigation.

5. Improve the application method. In the winter, the vegetable pests and diseases in the greenhouse should be used as much as possible by the smoke method or the dust method. If the spray method is applied, the number of times of prevention and the amount of liquid spray should be appropriately reduced to prevent the humidity in the shed from being too high.

6. Ventilation and drainage. Ventilation is the most basic method of dehumidification in plastic greenhouses. Within one day, the best time for ventilation and dehumidification is noon, because the humidity inside and outside the shed is large, and moisture is easier to discharge. At other times, the ventilation time should be extended as much as possible while maintaining the temperature requirements. In addition, special attention should be paid to ventilating and dehumidifying 2-3 days after watering in the greenhouse, 1-2 days after spraying on the foliar (medicine), rainy (snow) days and before and after sunset.

7. Cultivate loose soil. After the ground is watered, it is necessary to cultivate the furrow and ridge back in time, cut off the capillary, and prevent the soil under the soil from moving to the topsoil.

8. Artificial moisture absorption. If the humidity in the shed is too large, you can sprinkle some straw, wheat straw, grass ash or fine dry soil between the rows. You can also absorb hygroscopic materials such as quicklime in the free space of the shed to absorb moisture.
