QPQ technology is a new surface engineering process that has become more popular in the world in recent years. It is a revolutionary innovation in surface engineering once a metallurgical technology. It can replace the conventional quenching, tempering, and blackening processes in one operation. 6. After the quenching and tempering, the internal mechanical properties of the product remain unchanged.
For medium carbon steel 45 steel, 35 steel, 40Cr, high carbon steel T8, T12, GCr15 and alloy steel 42CrMo, 35CrMo, 40CrNiMo and other quenching and tempering mechanical energy up to 8.8, 10.9, 12.9 or HRC33~44, After QPQ treatment, the surface hardness reached HRC60~70, but the internal mechanical properties remained unchanged, and the core hardness was still the original HRC33~44.
