1. It can be handled by adjustment, repair, reinforcement, replacement, etc.
2. Screw pump packing overheating: mostly because the packing is pressed too tightly, the cooling water does not enter the packing, or the shaft surface is damaged. Measures such as appropriate loosening of the packing and cleaning of the closed tube can be taken. Packing wear must be replaced with new ones. Soak in the oil before installation, install in a circle, and the slits should be staggered to reduce oil leakage. After the last lap of packing is installed, the gland should be tightly installed and the tightness should be adjusted during operation.
3. The screw pump line leaks or leaks: the nut may not be tightened when it is installed. If the leakage is not serious, apply cement or cement slurry mixed with asphalt oil in the place where the air leaks or leaks. Temporary repairs can be applied to wet mud or soft soap. If oil leaks at the joint, you can tighten the nut by hand. Serious oil spills must be disassembled.

4. The screw pump does not absorb oil or discharge oil: the reason is mostly that the bottom valve is stuck, the oil filter is partially blocked, the oil suction height is too high or the oil suction leaks, and the steering passage may be blocked due to improper steering. After checking one by one, measures such as repairing the bottom valve, removing the fouling material, correcting the steering, and cleaning the impeller can be taken separately.
