The steam turbine generator set produced by our factory has a variety of bearing tiles, and the spherical surface has a diameter of 300-650mm. This large bearing tile has a high dimensional accuracy requirement, and the spherical surface roughness is Rα0.8. When trial production, the spherical surface roughness is often difficult to meet the requirements. To this end, we have added a rolling process after finishing the spherical surface, which successfully solved this problem. The spherical surface roughness of the processed sphere is Rα0.8～0.4, which is as clean as a mirror, and the surface layer of the spherical surface after being hydraulicized is hardened, which increases the wear resistance and is highly praised by users.
