Dimensional calculation of each part of the traction chain sprocket

The traction chain drive is rarely introduced in the design data, which brings certain difficulties to the preparation. When we repair the boiler, the slag remover mechanism adopts the traction chain transmission, the working environment is bad, the wear is serious, and a new wheel needs to be prepared. Therefore, the calculation method of the ordinary sprocket is referred to, and the calculation of the partial geometrical size is corrected to enable the sprocket to be smoothly processed. The size of the traction chain is shown in Figure 1. See Figure 2 for the sprocket dimensions. If the number of teeth Z=20, the dimensions of each part of the sprocket are as follows:
