November 4-6, 2016, sponsored by China Production Engineering Society (CPEI), Japan Precision Engineering Society (JSPE), National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Hunan University, National University of Defense Technology, China Precision Engineering and Micro-Nano Organized by the Technical Professional Committee, the 12th China-Japan Super-precision Machining International Conference CJUMP, co-organized by China's abrasive processing professional committee and China Surface Treatment and Surface Engineering Committee, was held in Changsha. The conference delegates totaled 200 people. 51 articles. The conference aims to promote academic exchanges between China and Japan and the world in the field of ultra-precision machining. The conference topics include ultra-precision machining and finishing of machine tools, precision measuring instruments, and micro-nano processing technologies. On November 5th, the chairman of the CJUMP International Academic Committee, the chairman of the conference organizing committee, and the professor of the School of Mechanical and Transportation Engineering of Hunan University, Professor Yin Yuhui presided over the opening ceremony. Vice President Liu Jinshui attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.
The conference was successively taught by Professor Li Shengyi of the National University of Defense Technology on the “Manufacture of SiC Large-Aperture Space Mirrorsâ€, Professor Namba of Nakajima of the University of Central Japan on “Physical Properties and Ultra-Precision Machining of Sapphire Single Crystalsâ€. A special topic report on "Ultra-precision and Efficient Surface Treatment of CVD-SiC by ELID Grinding Method". After that, Prof. Ji Jiwang from Keio University in Japan, Professor Zhang Wei from Dalian University of Technology, Professor Hong Wen Suzuki from Central University of Japan, Professor Yin Yuhui from Hunan University, Professor Xu Min from Fudan University, Professor Tian Dafu from Japan Institute of Physics and Chemistry, and Professor Yuan Julong from Zhejiang University of Technology. Prof. Yin Yuehong from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Professor Yan Yongda from Harbin Institute of Technology, and Professor Guo Dan from Tsinghua University respectively gave relevant topic reports on their respective fields of research.
On November 6th, a total of 36 academic reports were held in the morning at three sub-meeting venues, and eight entrepreneurial forums were held in the conference hall in the afternoon.
The successful convening of this academic conference has promoted the academic exchange of ultra-precision machining at home and abroad, and has greatly promoted and promoted the technological progress in the fields of precision engineering, micro-engineering and nanotechnology. At the same time, the Entrepreneur Forum has laid a good foundation for the cooperation between universities and enterprises, and has built a good communication platform for the seamless connection of production, education and research.
The magazine "Diamond and Abrasives Engineering" attaches great importance to the academic conference. The deputy editor-in-chief of the conference attended the conference, in order to keep the magazine in charge of the latest scientific research trends, research hotspots and academic expertise of experts in various fields. During the conference, I introduced magazines to leading scholars and doctors in related fields and related fields, and invited them to write articles; communicate with entrepreneurs and ask them to give valuable suggestions to the magazine. The magazine strives to keep up with the trend of scientific research and innovation in the future report content, continuously adopt new media technology, and quickly and timely reflect the latest scientific research results of the industry, and make a response to the rapid development of superhard materials, superhard products and ultra-precision processing. Some contributions.
1. Use Surface Mount System to install electron component. High quality stable and more quality consistency.
2. Pass germany TUV testing, have EMC and LVD certificate.
3. The AC input power voltage is made between 85V to 240V. So it could select AC input voltage automatically. You could work in AC USA 110V or AC europe 220-240V.
4. CEL: Cellulose electrode is special electrode to lay big pipe on oil and chemical industry, natural gas, electric power, civil pipeline of oil, gas, water. They need high ilder voltage (more than 90V). This machine could do
