Article 6 Replacement: After the acceptance of the delivery, the buyer shall make a request for a replacement due to changes in the specifications of the tiles and colors, etc., and the condition of secondary sales should be affected if the packaging is intact and free from damage, water soaking, and dusting. Under the contract, the buyer can apply for replacement procedures within the period from the date of delivery. The replacement fee shall be borne by the buyer.
Article 7 Handling of Residual Goods: After the installation of the remaining wall and floor tiles, if the packaging is in good condition and there is no damage, water soaking, dusting, etc. affecting the secondary sales, the buyer may return the goods within the day of delivery from the date of delivery. The buyer’s return costs are borne by the buyer.
