Control process requires top pressure control Function: Maintaining the stability of the top pressure of the blast furnace is a top priority for blast furnace production operations. Stabilizing the top pressure can stabilize the gas flow and promote the antegrade blast. Therefore, in the operation, it is necessary to adjust the valve position of the top pressure regulating valve in time so that it can stabilize the top pressure and avoid fluctuations in the top and bottom peaks, thereby avoiding fluctuations in the furnace condition. The top pressure of the 450m3 blast furnace is generally stable at 90±5 KPa.
Selection: This is the most important regulating valve in blast furnace production. Because of the frequent adjustment of this valve and high pipeline pressure, the control quality of the valve is the highest. The top pressure regulating valve is generally used by three valves in parallel to form a valve group. The valve block typically has a relatively small diameter valve for flexible control.
Control mode: The three sets of valves are usually manually opened to a fixed angle by two valves, and the third valve is automatically controlled. Hot air temperature control function: By automatically adjusting the mixing valve opening degree, the appropriate ratio of cold air is incorporated into the hot air duct, and the hot air temperature sent to the blast furnace hot air enclosure is controlled within 1100±20 °C. The 28 vents send hot air into the blast furnace.
Selection: Electric continuous control valve with 220VAC power supply.
Control method: Since the adjustment is frequent, automatic control must be put in. PLC-AO output template -4~20mA signal -AI-708J- regulating valve. Single-loop PID control is generally used.

3, top pressure, hot air temperature control operation instructions:
(1) When controlling the top pressure or hot air through the upper computer, the operator must be placed in the "automatic" position via the A/M button. Otherwise, place the operator in the "manual" position and adjust the valve opening by "up triangle" or "down triangle".
(2) When the valve is automatically controlled: put the “hand automatic switching†button in the “automatic†state in the upper panel operation panel window, and set the production needs in the “automatic setting top pressure (hot air temperature)†input box. If the top pressure or hot air temperature value is entered, the PLC will enter the PID automatic adjustment program. After comparing with the valve position feedback signal, the 4~20mA signal will be dynamically output to the AI-708J, and then output to the electric control valve.
(3) When the valve upper machine is manual: put the “hand automatic switch†button in the “manual†state in the upper panel operation panel window. At this time, the data in the “automatic time setting top pressure (hot air temperature)†input box cannot be Function, input the required valve opening value in the "manually set valve position output" input box, the PLC's PID automatic adjustment program stops executing, output 4~20mA signal to AI-708J, and then output to the electric control valve.
