Weather trends and farming and farming conditions in Southwest China this week

Last week (October 18-24, 2010), precipitation in the southwestern region was more than 40%, and parts of Tibet and other provinces were more than twice as large. The temperature in the northeastern part of the southwestern part of the country and western Tibet is 2 - 4 degrees Celsius higher. This week (October 25-31, 2010), the strong cold air that hit China in the latter part of last week will continue to move eastward and southward in the early part of this week, and the rainy weather in the eastern part of the southwestern region.
