Third, the plastic composite film: Many operators found that the purchase of a small test of the technology are no problem, mass production, but because of a large number of volatile solvents, the cost is high. In fact, this problem is mainly due to equipment problems. In general, the use of low-boiling-point solvent requires better sealing performance of the equipment. At the same time, it must have a better condensing system to ensure the recovery of the solvent (at least 85% recovery). Only in this way can the cost be reduced. According to our experience, solvent recovery can reach 90%. Moreover, many aluminum plastic films can be separated with lower cost formulations, such as Tetra Pak packaging, there is no need to use solvents. Using different formulations for different materials is another way to reduce costs.
