Around 5 pm, the development hospital emergency station received a vehicle order and immediately went to Jinsha Beach to treat a patient falling into the water. When the medical staff arrived at the scene, the drowning person was rescued to the shore. The rescued man was a young man lying flat on a rubber boat. His mind was still awake, but he was panic-stricken. He claimed to be dizzy and had a dull, uncomfortable chest. The medical staff immediately examined the man and found that his lungs were full of wet rales. He immediately gave oxygen inhalation and quickly transferred it to the hospital for further examination and treatment.

The drowning man surnamed Zhang. According to his friend's introduction, due to the hot weather, Mr. Zhang greeted friends and his party went to the Golden Beach Beach and rented a rubber boat to paddle on the sea. Blue sky and breezy winds, just as everyone was intoxicated in this beautiful scenery, one of his companions wanted to move his position. He was so moved that the rubber boat lost balance and the boat instantly turned over. All fall into the water.

At that time, the rubber boat contained a total of five people. Mr. Zhang would swim and never wear a life jacket. The remaining four people wore life jackets because they could not swim. The four of them barely relied on the buoyancy of the life jacket to swim to the rubber boat, and they all seized the edge of the boat and waited for rescue. Mr. Zhang strove to swim to the shore and swim for a while. He was exhausted and gradually sank into the water. Fortunately, the tourists on the nearby motorboat heard the sound of help and quickly arrived to save him. At present, Mr. Zhang is out of danger and is recovering from treatment.
