Recently, Shanxi's first photovoltaic module manufacturer Jinneng Clean Energy Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its innovative research and development of single crystal PERC back-passivation battery pilot test efficiency of 21.36%, higher than the industry average efficiency of 20.6-20.9% of similar technologies To reach the world's leading level. According to the person in charge of research and development of the company's technology, back passivation technology is mainly to grow a layer of aluminum oxide film on the back surface of the battery by atomic layer deposition method, and the back surface is well-blunted through the negative charge-characteristic characteristics of the aluminum oxide film. At the same time, the laminated film grown on the back surface is positioned and opened by a laser groove method, so that the carrier can be effectively collected after metallization.
