First, the material aspects
The quality of the waterproof material is the basis of whether it can do a good job of waterproofing. At present, there are many kinds and specifications of waterproof materials in China, and the quality of products varies. At present, the market for waterproof materials in China is quite confusing. Many inferior waterproof materials flood the market, such as the use of unqualified waterproof materials on waterproof works. Will seriously reduce the quality of waterproofing projects.
Based on the analysis of the quality of paper felt and waterproof coating, it can be seen that:
1. The quality of the base paper in the asphalt felt of the petroleum asphalt paper fell. In the 1950s, waste paper pulp used in the base paper contained a large amount of waste pulp and contained a certain amount of coarse hair. Now, waste paper and straw pulp are often used to reduce the tensile strength of the linoleum, decrease the elongation rate, increase the moisture content, and decrease the quality.
2. The density of the base paper increases and the oil absorption rate decreases. The impregnation rate dropped from 140% to 160% to 115% or more. As the asphalt impregnates the base paper, it can easily cause delamination and rot of the felt.
3. The quality of petroleum asphalt is not good. After the 1960s, linoleum was produced from domestically produced petroleum bitumen with high wax content and sulfur content, resulting in poor aging properties of felt, easy flow and brittleness, and the paraffin wax in the bitumen has migration properties, and it is easy to gradually lose the waterproof layer of linoleum. The adhesive force causes the waterproof layer to curl and fall off.
4. The quality of waterproof coating is low. In particular, some township and village enterprises that produce waterproof coatings have weak technical capabilities, backward production equipment, primitive operating procedures, and uncontrolled use of raw materials. Most of the products are of inferior quality. According to relevant departments, the manufacturers of three plastic greases were spot checked. Only one manufacturer of plastic grease was qualified, and the pass rate was only 14.3%. If these unqualified waterproof materials are applied to waterproof projects, the quality of waterproof projects will inevitably be severely reduced.
Second, the design factors
The waterproof design of a building's waterproofing project is of utmost importance and is a prerequisite for ensuring the quality of the project. However, the following problems exist in China's waterproof engineering design:
1. China has not formulated a design code for waterproofing projects for a long time. Designers can follow the regulations without specification. How should various buildings of different types and functions be used for waterproof design? What kind of waterproof materials should be used? What are the specific technical requirements? There is no clear rule.
2. Designers have little knowledge of modern waterproofing, and do not fully understand the performance, application scope, and conditions of use of new types of waterproof materials. They cannot correctly select waterproof materials according to the specific conditions of the building. They are not following the beaten track and are caused by improper materials. Leakage or waste.
3. Since 1958, most of the roofing waterproofing works were simple waterproofing methods of No. 350 lining, felting and three oils, which reduced the quality of roof waterproofing projects. From previous investigations, it can be seen that the roof leakage phenomenon has increased significantly.
4. Most of the roof node structure is obsolete and it still follows the practice of the 1950s and 1960s. For example, the practice of linoleum heads for the treatment of bricks and nails is often caused by wind, sun, and rain. Warpage, deformation, and rot occur, causing damage to the cold water joints and leakage of the roof.
