Dongqi introduces the largest CNC milling machine in China

The 22-meter Tianqiao gantry milling machine, the largest domestic large-scale CNC processing equipment purchased by Dongfang Electric Group's core enterprise Dongfang Steam Turbine Works, has been put into use at Deyang Dongfang Steam Turbine Plant. The CNC gantry mill designed and manufactured by the German company Kebao is 22 meters long, 7.65 meters wide and 5.5 meters high. The maximum load of the equipment is 200 tons. Milling, boring, drilling and other complex machining of large parts such as cylinders, cabinets and partitions can be completed. This equipment will greatly enhance the production and manufacturing capabilities of Dongqi in high-tech products such as nuclear power generation and gas turbines. In recent years, Dongqi has gradually realized the numerical control production of key components of steam turbines. It is reported that Dongqi will also install a number of large-scale high-precision equipment such as CNC 10 m vertical car.
