Lock slag valve structure:
The valve body is generally divided into two halves, two-and-a-half and three-segment main and auxiliary valve bodies. The valve core is generally divided into a club-integrated type, a ball-shaped stem, a square connection or a spline connection, and the valve seat is divided into single seals. And double seal.
Damage situation and cause of lock slag valve
Incomplete leakage caused by strain on the sealing surface of the ball and the valve seat or the valve is stuck: 1 due to the presence of solid particles in the coal slurry. 2The valve seat design does not have a self-cleaning mechanism, and the medium remains between the sealing surfaces. 3 cylindrical spring hole due to the entry of cinder, the cylindrical spring fails, the valve seat can not float. 4 The butterfly spring under the valve seat breaks or loses its elasticity under the 6.5MPA gasification pressure, and the valve seat cannot float.
Common fault handling method for lock slag valve
1. For the ball and valve seat with a sealing surface depth of 300mm, re-spray the hard alloy or increase the thickness of the sprayed layer. After mechanical grinding, finely grind the sand with fine grinding.
2. The valve seat that is flushed into the gap is scratched, and the valve seat with serious or deformed strain is taken. The original integrated sealing surface is changed to the stepped sealing surface, which plays the role of self-cleaning of the valve seat. The spectrometer analyzes the material of the original valve seat to ensure that the material of the replaced seat is suitable for working conditions.
3, the ball sealing surface partial scouring depth > 40mm, width > 50mm pits or grooves, can be locally polished by repair welding, external round car processing, to ensure the roundness of the ball. Then spray the cemented carbide.
4. Replace the failed or broken butterfly spring or cylindrical spring, and use a rubber-backed back pressure spring.
5. For the ball and valve seat with a sealing surface depth of 300mm, the outer circle processing car can be used to pull the layer, and the alloy layer of the ball surface is sprayed to >1mm, the coating thickness is increased, and the valve seat is designed according to the size of the ball after spraying. Finally, grinding is carried out.
