Yancheng Ten Printing and Dyeing Enterprises Closed and Closed

It is reported that in order to save expenses, a company uses waste from textile mills as boiler fuel to emit toxic gases and affect the lives of the people around them. The administrative sanction of Xiangshui County Environmental Protection Bureau refused to take the initiative. After the Xiangshui Court received the enforcement application, it promptly reviewed and made a ruling, which was enforced on the spot according to law. Due to the majesty of the law, the person in charge of the company paid fines in full and promised to immediately suspend production and rectification, transform the boiler equipment, install dust control devices, and use high-quality coal instead of waste fuel. After the environmental protection department detected that the exhaust emissions had met the requirements, the hospital agreed to resume operations.

The Xiangshui Court is unambiguous in its principled issues and dares to take action. Any company that illegally constructs and administers polluting enterprises that are hopeless is determined to shut down in accordance with the law. There is no flexible measure, and no flexible space is left.

The printing and dyeing industry has a low cost and a quick return. Some enterprises and individuals have put into production a batch of small-scale printing and dyeing projects without authorization by means of super-environmental assessment, reconstructing or concealing illegal construction. These projects have no approval procedures, no environmental protection facilities and serious pollution.

A printing and dyeing company is one of the 10 companies verified by the EPA, and its discharged sewage exceeded the national standard by several times. The Xiangshui County Government Legal Affairs Office and the Environmental Protection Agency applied to the court and asked the court to force the company to shut down the small printing and dyeing production lines.
