Drilling machine heat treatment technology operating procedures:

5. The processed workpieces should be stacked neatly, placed at the designated location, kept safe, the passage is unobstructed, and the work place is cleaned up neatly.
6. The workpiece being processed is strictly prohibited from being touched by hand, and the scale is blown with the mouth.
7. The maximum operating temperature of the box furnace shall not exceed 900 °C. If the violation is in violation of the regulations, the consequences shall be borne by itself (special conditions shall be approved by the competent authority), and the maximum use temperature of the well type tempering furnace shall not exceed 600 °C.
8. The surface is not flat. The matte workpiece cannot be measured on the hardness tester to prevent damage to the pressure head.
