Whether the pre-embedded parts of the hole are accurate and firm, whether the hinge position of the door and window sash and the frame are consistent, whether the door leaf and the door frame lock have an opening, and whether the position of the bolt and the door suction is accurate. The wooden doors and windows made on site, in addition to the inspection size, should also check the appearance quality and processing quality, the surface must not have corrosion points, dead knots, broken, tight joints at the opening, no warping, no distortion, and the door is square. The door leaf is matched with the door frame, and the door leaf is based on the entry port of the energy plug, leaving the plan to repair the land. The wood line construction conforms to the design, and the nails are firm, straight and smooth.

Before installation, the installation position of the door and window frame should be determined according to the horizontal line and coordinate reference line from the ground, and the installation position line should be popped up. The door and window frame should be placed on the position line, squared, and temporarily fixed by the wedge. Use the line pendant and level ruler to correct and straighten the door and window frame. Fix the door and window frame to the wooden brick embedded in the wall with 100mm nails. The nail cap is flattened and then nailed into the frame. To rebuild the old doors and windows, the position of the door frame should be popped up on the wrapped door cover, and the door frame should be fixed. The door and window sills are placed on the frame, and the height and width of the door are drawn according to the door. After the design requirements are met, the hinge groove is removed, the hinge is fixed on the door and window sash, and finally installed on the door and window frame. The position of the hinge slot must be accurate to prevent the door leaf from being twisted after it is fixed.
Hanging sliding wooden doors and windows
The installation position line should be determined according to the 500 mm horizontal line and the coordinate reference line, and the elastic line should first determine the installation position line of the upper beam, the side frame plate and the lower rail. Fix the upper beam to the top of the door opening with screws. If there is a side frame plate, fix the side frame plate to the side of the wall of the hole with screws. Remove the bolts and nuts from the hangers, place them on the I-steel rails, and fix the I-beam rails to the bottom of the upper beam with screws. Secure the lower rail with expansion bolts or plastic expansion screws. When installing the door, first install the suspension bolt into the special hole on the top of the door. Use a wooden wedge to level the door with the lower rail. Then fix the suspension bolt to the hanger with a nut. Check the door edge and the side frame to match. Fix the door. After that, install the sticker face.
