Solar battery installation precautions
1) The installer (or engineering team) receives the task instructions for the installation, prepares relevant data (such as battery installation and record sheets of various manufacturers) and a full set of installation tools (including multimeters, etc.), implements the project start date and project schedule, etc. ;
2) The installer (or engineering team) should bring a small amount of system spare parts (such as screws, etc.) to the installation site, obtain a detailed installation project schedule, and discuss the project details (such as installation methods, load-bearing conditions, etc.);
3) Before starting the installation project, organize the installation personnel (or engineering team) to provide training, introduce the precautions in the installation process, battery usage and maintenance precautions, and pay attention to safety in the installation process;
4) The installer (or engineering team) conducts the battery unpacking check and the inventory of the accessories. The packing list must be signed and recalled by the supervising personnel. The battery installation system diagram and the installation manual etc. in the accessory box should be collected and ready for installation. After the end, the technical staff of the communications company shall be responsible for keeping;
5) Check whether the placement position of the battery in the equipment room is reasonable according to the construction drawings, whether the maintenance space is reserved, and whether there is a distance of more than 0.5 meters from the heat source and the place where the spark may be generated (such as a fuse box). Placed under the air conditioner, if it does not meet the requirements, it should first ask the communication company's engineering department to amend it, and whether there has been a memorandum on the modification;
6) The system diagram for unpacking and removing the battery shall be installed strictly in accordance with the system diagram of the battery. It is not allowed to miss any installation of the system components (including the paste of the battery unit number), and all the system components (spare parts) shall be installed in the installation drawing. The specifications of the specified model are exactly the same;
7) Install. Because the battery has been charged, care should be taken to prevent short circuits. All installation tools must be wrapped with insulating tape.
8) Before installing the connection bar, clean the battery pole and the dust on the housing and the steel frame with a clean linen, especially to ensure the dust on the pole is clean. Monomer number should be posted firmly;
9) Check all screws one by one after installation for tightening. To appoint someone to inspect, someone responsible for ensuring that all screws are tightened;
10) After the installation inspection, measure and record the open circuit voltage of all battery cells and the total voltage of the battery pack, and fill in the installation statistics (or other similar installation table);
11) If there is no commercial power after installation, disconnect the battery from the switching power supply and the microwave device. If for some reason it is not possible to disconnect the equipment from the battery (in principle, it is not allowed, especially if the connection is not allowed for a long time), both batteries must be connected at the same time. It is not allowed to connect only one set of batteries. At the same time, record the start time of the connection and the current consumption of the device and make a good record. Whether or not such a connection has been made, the battery pack must be supplemented before the official opening. The time for the supplemental battery is 2.35 V per unit, and the charging time is 12 hours. Otherwise it will bring great harm to the normal use of the battery in the future;
12) Before connecting the battery to the switching power supply, carefully check whether the setting of the switching power supply is correct (refer to the switching power supply setting parameter table) to ensure that the setting is correct;
13) After installation and debugging, fill in the relevant forms as required, check the appearance of the battery and record it, and then check whether the connection screws are tightened to ensure that the battery is shock-proof, non-slip, and reliable. Measure the float voltage of each cell and record it. Sign the approval of the technical personnel of the communication company.
