Construction instructions
Component A: milky white viscous paste, component B: gray-black viscous paste, density 1.7×103 kg/m3 after mixing.
1, surface treatment
(1) The concrete surface is treated so that the bonding surface is dry and free of oil, dirt and dust.
(2) Grind the concrete bonding surface, remove the 1-2mm surface layer, remove the dust, and wipe it with acetone.
(3) Derusting the surface of the bonded steel sheet.
2, with glue
(1) The filler in the glue is easy to precipitate, but does not affect the strength. Stir well before use. (The same stir bar cannot be used for components A and B when stirring)
(2) The glue is a combination of A and B. Before mixing, the glue of the components A and B should be stirred evenly, and then weighed according to the proportion of component A: component B = 4:1. In a clean container, stir well until the color is uniform.
(3) The glue should not be too much for each stirring, generally not more than 5kg.
3, paste, fix, cure

(3) The glue can be operated for 30-45 minutes after mixing the two components of the rubber in the room temperature.
(4) When the glue is cured at 25 ° C for 24 hours, the pressure fixing device can be removed, and it can be used after three days. When the temperature is lower than 25 ° C, the curing time should be extended accordingly.
(5) When the temperature is above 5 °C, if it is lower than 5 °C, temperature increase measures should be taken.
Packaging, storage and transportation
1. This product is packed in iron drum. The specification of small package is 4kg+1kg per set. The size of large package is 16kg+4kg per set, or the packaging specifications of each set of 64kg (4 barrels) + 16kg (1 barrel).
2. This product should be sealed and stored in a dry and clean warehouse at an ambient temperature of 0 °C - 40 °C.
3. This product is stored at room temperature for one year, and there is no obvious change in performance. If it exceeds one year, it can still be used after passing the test.
4. This product is non-dangerous and can be transported by civil aviation, railway, sea or highway.
5. Component B is prone to discoloration during long-term storage, which is normal and does not affect the basic performance and use of the product.
