1. 2, start the vacuum pump, when the vacuum reaches -0.07Mpa, slowly open the inlet valve 1, so that the oil gradually flows into the oil filter.

3. Observe the oil level on the vacuum separator. When the oil level reaches the float control point, open the oil ball valves 12 and 19.

4. Start the oil pump (Note: It must be ensured that the oil valve can only start the oil pump when it is opened, otherwise it may be dangerous to squish the pipe.) The oil is discharged from the oil outlet, so that the oil filter can form a loop filter. After adjusting the inlet valve 1 so that the amount of oil entering and exiting reaches a basic balance, it is automatically controlled by the level controller.

5, When the oil through the oil filter to form a normal cycle of filtration (ie, after entering and leaving the oil to reach equilibrium), you can turn on the heater. The temperature controller is set at 45 ~ 70 °C (as required), so that the oil is heated at a constant temperature to ensure the normal vacuum degassing, dehydration.

6. When the oil filter is fully working, turn on the fan on the cooler to make the strong air cooling system work, and ensure that the filtered water vapor and gas are cooled and precipitated in the water container in the cooler.

7. Through a period of operation, sampling can be performed at the sampling valve of the oil filter.

8. If the oil has a large water content and forms an emulsified state, that is, emulsified oil, the ball valve 7 can be opened, and then the ball valve 6 can be closed to demulsify and dewater the water through the water separator.

9. If an in-depth oil treatment is required, a certain amount of filter aid may be added to make the filtered oil more clear and transparent.

Method: Put the filter aid (100g) into the hopper of the oil filter, then gradually open the hopper ball valve 21, suck it into the vacuum separator automatically through vacuum, and stir it to form a compact in the fine filter. Coating, to achieve the purpose of fine filtration.
