Our 5HP rolling mill is used for rolling thin plate metal products. Due to unreasonable design, the production efficiency is very low, and the processing is improved. First, the roll gap adjustment mechanism is unreasonable. The original adjustment gap mechanism is to make the screw 3 into the left and right rotation threads, and use the M24×1.5 nut 4 to drive the lifting of the upper bearing lower blade 7 (Fig. 1), and also rotate the hand.
