The caustic soda solution treatment method is also called caustic soda. Lime solution treatment method: 12 kg of quicklime per 100 kg of mashed straw, add water 200-300 kg, then add 0.51 kg of salt, mix well and put it on the cement floor for 24~36 hours to use.
The mixed liquid treatment method puts the whole straw into a layer of 15-20 cm thick, sprays 1.5% of caustic soda and the same concentration of quicklime mixture, so that the water content of the straw reaches about 70%, and then a layer after compaction. Spray on one floor and spray 80 kg of mixed liquid per 100 kg of straw. After 7 to 10 days of stacking, it can be used.
The ammonia water treatment method first smashes the straw and puts it into the crucible for compaction. Then, according to each kilogram of straw, 12 kg of 25% ammonia aqueous solution or 19 kg of 15% ammonia aqueous solution is used, and the temperature inside the crucible is not lower than 20 ° C. After sealing and storage for 5 days, it is taken out and air-dried, and the ammonia smell can be used after disappearing.
