3) When cleaning the water level gauge pressure hole, use trichloroethylene or alcohol to inject the pressure hole to the height of one-half of the height for 5-6 minutes, then shake it slightly and repeat it until it is clean. . Do not use any appliance to clean the pressure hole to avoid damaging the sensitive core pressure sensitive diaphragm.
4) When cleaning the pressure port and the pressure hole of the transmitter, avoid using a brush or metal tool with excessive hardness to avoid damage to the sensitive core and the pressure interface thread.
5) After the cleaning is completed, slowly return the liquid level gauge to the iron pipe. It is felt that the lower part of the iron pipe has been placed and the cap can be installed back to the original place.
After reinstalling after cleaning, there will be some changes in the installation depth. The water level gauge at the same water level of the sluice must be compared again to correct the detection value of the secondary instrument to ensure the correctness of the sampled data.
