1. It is necessary to keep the cable connector clean and dry, waterproof and moisture-proof. Always use the flow meter and the cable head cover after each use.

2. It is forbidden to connect the flowmeter during the cycle to avoid the damage of the flowmeter lining due to the sharp cuttings in the circulating fluid and affect the measurement accuracy.

3, electromagnetic flowmeter transmitter can not be used interchangeably.

4, to ensure that the electromagnetic flowmeter lining can not be scratched by hard objects, stabbed wounds, damage to its finish.

5, After each construction must be cleaned with a clean water (without oil) in a timely manner, clean the flow meter lining, reduce the diameter of the short lining (use water guns, soft cloth to clean the inner lining). It is strictly forbidden that the flow meter lining contacts with various oil substances to contaminate the measuring electrode and damage the insulating lining.

6. If a flow jump occurs at the moment of displacing the slurry, the accumulated liquid volume shall be “cleared” promptly to eliminate the measurement error caused by the signal jump.

7. The electromagnetic flowmeter transmitter (with display device) must be kept indoors for use in keeping it clean, waterproof, moisture-proof, vibration-proof, and collision-proof. Keep the cables clean.

8, electromagnetic flowmeter 220 volt AC cable head and socket must not be affected by moisture, water; power use must not use wet hands to access the power cord to prevent the risk of electric shock.

9. After completion of slurry metering, fill in the construction date, construction well number, design replacement amount, and flowmeter cumulative amount data on the flowmeter operation record form.

10. The electromagnetic flowmeter inner wall insulation materials must not be exposed to oil substances, acids, and alkaline substances, so as to avoid deterioration of flowmeter performance and damage due to aging of insulation materials.

11. Installation, disassembly, transport and storage of the flow meter It is forbidden to throw the floor or drop off the floor from the car during storage and to prevent the internal precision coils from being deformed or disconnected due to strong vibration and damaging the flow meter.

12, strict implementation of equipment appearance, back inspection system, flow meter before and after each use to check the status of work: power before departure to check, go back to the base after cleaning and maintenance to check the work status, and make inspection records.
