The second kind of cork floor has three layers from the section, the surface layer and the bottom layer are cork, and the middle layer is sandwiched with a medium density board with a tongue and groove (locking), the thickness can reach about 10 mm, commonly known as "sandwich", The outer two layers of cork can achieve a very good mute effect, and the color is the same as the pure cork floor. However, it is much simpler from the point of view of installation. It is mainly suspended, that is, similar to the laminate floor, and the ground requirements are not too high. The price of this kind of cork flooring is relatively high, and the general market price is more than 300 yuan / square meter. Both of the above cork floorings come from the Amorin company in Portugal, which is pure and environmentally friendly.
The third type is called softwood mute floor, which is a combination of cork and composite floor. The bottom layer is cork, the surface is composite floor, and the middle layer is also sandwiched with a medium density board, which can reach 13.4 mm. When the person walks on it, the bottom layer of cork can absorb a part of the sound, which plays a role in lowering the sound, because there is enough thickness and the foot feels very good.
