Brief description of the working principle of quick unloading valve
The upper part of the quick unloading valve is connected with a cup-mounted slide valve, and the lower chamber of the spool valve communicates with the high-pressure oil passage of the lower part of the oil-driven piston and is subjected to high-pressure oil.
There is a small hole in the middle of the bottom of the cup-mounted slide valve, so that a small amount of pressure oil is passed to the oil chamber in the upper part of the slide valve, and there are two paths in the oil chamber, and one pass through the check valve to communicate with the emergency shut-off oil passage, and the normal operation is interrupted due to the interruption. The oil pressure on the oil main pipe is equal to the oil pressure of the high pressure oil. It is pressed against the check valve and the pressure oil on the upper part of the slide valve cannot be discharged from the road. The other oil passage is a shrinkage hole controlled by the needle valve. Controlling the passage of oil to the upper chamber of the oil-powered piston and adjusting the opening of the needle valve can adjust the oil pressure on the spool for commissioning and setting.
During normal operation, the hydraulic force on the upper part of the spool valve plus the force of the spring is greater than the force of the high refueling of the lower part of the spool valve, so that the cup-mounted slide valve is pressed against the base, the oil port connected to the oil-oil port is closed, and the turbine is faulty. The solenoid valve acts to block the pressure loss of the oil manifold, the pressure oil acting on the cup-shaped slide valve opens the check valve and drains the oil, so that the oil pressure on the upper part of the valve drops sharply, and the lower high-pressure oil pushes the slide valve up and slides. The drain port on the upper part of the valve sleeve is opened, so that the high-pressure oil in the oil motor loses pressure, and under the action of the spring force, it drops rapidly, and the main valve is closed to stop the unit.
