Application Research of Vibration Modal Testing Technology in Structural Optimization of Diamond Circular Saw Beam

Abstract The modal characteristics of diamond circular saws were studied by the combination of experimental modal test and finite element theory analysis. The natural frequencies of diamond circular saws were obtained and verified by experimental data of modal test. The theoretical model of finite element analysis is modified. Based on the accurate finite element theory model, the structural optimization design of the beam component of the diamond circular saw is studied. The rigidity redundancy of the diamond circular saw beam is reduced, and the weight reduction design requirement of the beam is realized under the condition that the static and dynamic performance of the beam is slightly improved.
