If there is interference, you can modify the part size and shape of step 2 until the interference check is qualified. After assembly, the motion simulation of the virtual assembled engine (such as the intelligent animation module of CAXA physical design V2 software or the Mechanism module of Pro-Engineer software) can be used to display the effect of the mechanism motion;

Step 4: By transforming the 3D geometric model into a finite element analysis model, using ANSYS software or other CAE software (such as the American MSC software) to perform static analysis and dynamic analysis on the motion mechanism in the engine (such as analysis of the vibration characteristics of the vehicle, Tracheal dynamic response analysis, etc., buckling analysis, strength analysis, fatigue life analysis, heat conduction analysis, design sensitivity and optimization analysis. If the finite element analysis of the preliminary design of the virtual engine is not required, then re-enter step 1 until it is qualified;

Step 5: Perform CAM processing analysis on parts that have passed the CAE software analysis, determine the process plan according to the shape characteristics of the part processing surface, select the machine tool, process equipment and cutting amount, and determine the processing route and process specification;

Step 6: Set the part blank, process parameters, select the setting tool and the way of the tool, and use the CAM software (such as Pro-Engineer, UG, CAXA manufacturing engineer, etc.) to generate the machining tool path and simulate the track in real time or fast. check. If errors such as tool overcutting or interference occur during the simulation, the CAM simulation system can edit and modify the generated tool path until the simulation tool path is correct;

Step 7: After the post-processing of the selected CNC equipment by means of CAM software, that is, according to the format specified by the CNC machine to be actually processed, step 6 can be simulated to verify the correct tool path, and the machine tool can be conveniently generated and specified.
