Wooden door installation sequence

1. Assemble the door cover

2, install the door cover

Put the assembled door cover into the door hole as a whole. Use a small wooden bar to fix the door cover around. The two sides of the door cover should be on the same plane with the wall. Then check whether the whole door cover is vertical to the floor. 3, install the door leaf

Open the page slot first. The distance between the hinge slot and the two ends of the door leaf should be 1/10 of the height of the door.

4, install the door lock

After loading, check whether the door leaf and the door lock switch are flexible, whether the left seam is flexible, and whether the left seam meets the specifications.

5, install door line

Cut the door sleeve line with right-angled edge into a 45-degree angle, trim it with a carpenter, insert the right-angle edge into the groove of the door pocket, and use the floor glue to stick the door sleeve wire to the door jamb plate.

6, install the door stopper in the corresponding position

Determine the width of the “false wall” according to the width of the line. Otherwise, the sidelines exhibited on both sides are asymmetrical.

8. The reserved size of single-leaf swing door, sub-mother door and double-leaf split door opening is (the thickness of the plate is 32mm): door height = door leaf height + 40mm, door hole width = door leaf width + 65mm. Other types of combined doors may be based on specific circumstances (Note: The height of the door hole refers to the net height from which the ground work of the hole has been completed, and the width and thickness of the door hole are also net dimensions).
