1. Plate cylinder surface should be coated with chromium and nickel
In the four-color Heidelberg offset press, if the surface of the plate cylinder is coated with zinc or iron, zinc or iron will react with the acid in the fountain solution to rust and oxidize, and the cylinder body cannot cling to the liner and plate. If the surface of the roller is soaked in acid for a long time, it will cause corrosion and rust. If the plate cylinder body is changed to chromium or nickel, the above accident will not occur.
2. Pelton solution should not penetrate the surface of the plate cylinder
Machine operator, if the plate liner is not evenly lined or damaged, it is not replaced in time, so that the plate is uneven on the roller, soaking the acid water bucket solution to the surface of the plate cylinder, the acid water bucket solution and printing The contact surface of the platen roller causes corrosion and rust on the surface of the platen roller. Therefore, when the plate is installed, the plate should be tightly attached to the gasket so that there is no gap between the platen, so that the acidic water fountain solution can be prevented from penetrating the surface of the plate cylinder. The plate cylinder will not corrode rust.
3. Pelton solution PH value is strong
Machine personnel should strictly control the concentration of the water bucket solution. In the operation process, the PH value should be controlled between 5 and 6.5 on the premise that the pattern is clear, the layout blank is free of oil, and the layout is not dirty or dirty. Because printing in strong acid, it will produce a printing plate with low printing ink resistance, high ink emulsification value, and the ink is not easy to dry, causing the back surface to be dirty, the ink color to be dull, and not to be bright and not bright.
4. Layout is too much water
Machine operator must strictly control the surface moisture of the printing plate, the moisture control is slightly larger, and the printing plate is not easy to be dirty; the moisture control is less. Once the climate or the external environment is affected, the printing plate is easy to hang dirty, so it is very important to master the ink and ink balance. important.
In addition, to measure the level of offset printing technicians, it depends on whether to do "three flat" (roller flat, water roller flat, ink roller flat).
5. Strengthen process technology management
The above accidents are mainly due to the lack of control of the layout moisture and the pH value of the water bucket solution in the process management, and the management is not in place. The accidents are caused by human factors of the offset printing press personnel.
