Used as additive in food field, CMChas the functions of thckening, suspending, emulsifying, stabilizing, shaping, filming, bulking, anti-corresion, retainning freshness, acid-resisting, health protcting, etc. It can replace the application of guar gum, gelatin, agar, sodium alginate, and pectin, It is widely used in modern food industry, such as frozen food, solid drink, fruit juice, jam, lactic acid drinks, condiment, biscuit, instant noodles, bakery products, meet products, etc.

Our food grade CMC has good tickening property, water retention, dispersion stability, filming and chemical stability. It has high viscosity even in low concentration, and makes the food tatse delicate and smooth; it can reduce the syneresis of food and extend the shelf life, it can control the crystal sizein frozen food and prevent the stratification between oil and water; in acid system, our anti/acid products have good suspending stability, so it can improve the stability of milk and the impedance ability of protein;, our CMC can be used together with other stabilizers and emulsifiers to complement each other, strengthen each other's effect and reduce and cost.

CMC can be used in ceramic body, glazing pulp, and decoration, Used in ceramic body, it is a good strengthening agent, which can strengthen the mouldability of mud and sand materials, help the shaping of the base and increase the folding strength of the green body. PAC & CMC can be used in drilling fluid, fixing fluid and fracturing fluid. In drilling fluid, it works as viscosifier, filtration reducer, and rheology controller; in fixing fluid, it is used to control fluid viscosity, suspend heavy objects, and avoid fluid loss; in fracturing fluid, it is used to carry stuffing and avoid fluid loss.

CMC is used in mining industry as pallet binder and floating selection inhibitor. CMC is a component of the binder for mineral dust shaping, and the binder is an indispensable ingredient in pallet forming. It can improve the character of wet pellet. CMC is adjusting agent in floating selection process, it is used as silicate gangue inhibitor, controlling the lead in copper and lead separating, sometimes, it is used as dispersant for mineral mud.

PACKAGE, STORAGE & CAUTION
Packed in paper bag with PE liner inside and 25kg net each.
Stored in the original drums or bags under the conditions of dry and below 25oC, a shelf life of at least 15 months will be achieved.
To be added slowly through the hopper at maximum shear to avoid lumping and to minimize waste, the appropriate adding ratio should be 0.3-1.2%.

Avoid contacting with eyes, skin and clothing. Otherwise, wash with a flush of water. Refer to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for complete handling and hazard data.
