First, confirm the priority: the parity online project priority, the subsidy project pushed back
The first content of the work plan is to prioritize the construction of affordable Internet projects, and require all regions to meet the conditions on the basis of power transmission and consumption conditions, and first determine a set of affordable online wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects that can be started in 2019.
