The crankshaft is one of the heart parts of the engine and is subjected to alternating bending and torsional loads in the engine. Most of the crankshafts have insufficient fatigue strength during use. The actual fractured crankshafts occur at the crankshaft side fillet R1 of the journal fillet R, as shown in Figure 1. Especially when various engine factories are increasing engine power, this phenomenon is very prominent and has become one of the important factors affecting the service life of the engine. Therefore, in the manufacturing process of the crankshaft, the machining quality of the crankshaft journal fillet R and the crank arm side fillet R1 should be continuously improved. 1.
