High-speed, high-speed five-axis machining center
In recent years, with the development of some fields, the requirements for high-efficiency, high-speed machining centers are growing. The key functional component of the multi-axis machining center, the CNC rotary table, has always been a breakthrough bottleneck. The common CNC rotary table adopts the worm gear pair structure, and its speed is mostly between 11~30rpm. As a pioneer in the world's CNC rotary table industry, Germany's FIBRO has been researching and developing high-speed rotary tables. FIBRO first introduced the indexing plate products in the international market in 1962. It has been nearly 50 years old and has accumulated a wealth of experience.
The A and B axes of the product shown in the figure are driven by a torque motor with a maximum torque of 2900 Nm, a maximum load of 1200 kg and a permissible moment of inertia J of 110 kgm 2 . The tilt angle of the A-axis ranges from -10 (ccw) to +110 (cw), the rotational speed is 30 rpm, the coaxiality is 0.01 mm, the axial runout is 0.012 mm, and the indexing accuracy is ±7". The diameter of the C-axis table is 800mm, the maximum speed is 50rpm, and the indexing accuracy is the same as the A-axis.
