Some operators think that blocking the oil outlet and forcibly reducing the flow will increase the motor load. In fact, on the contrary, the gate valve is installed on the outlet pipe of the regular high-power drainage and irrigation unit. In order to reduce the motor load when the unit is started, the gate valve should be closed first, and then the gate valve is gradually opened after the motor is started. I personally think that if this is used, the resistance will be smaller, the speed of the BRY hot oil pump will increase appropriately, so the flow will become larger, and the asynchronous motor will have less resistance, the speed will increase, the current will decrease, and the power will be less than the rated power. The motor will not burn at all, just a lighter load. Of course, this is not recommended, because its efficiency will be lower, because the design is used for high lift, the water output will be smaller under the same power conditions.
