EU anti-dumping PET in India is about to expire

On April 14, the European Commission announced that the anti-dumping measures for polyethylene terephthalate originating in India will expire on February 28, 2012. In 1999, the European Union conducted an anti-dumping investigation against polyethylene terephthalate originating in India; in 2000, the European Union made a definite final ruling on the case.
