Dazu "Knife PK"

This newspaper was jointly organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the city and was designed to create the “5th China Dazu International Hardware Fair”, “The Hardware Capital of the Western Regions”. It took 3 days to finish in Dazu on the 6th. According to the organizers, 16 events were signed in this grand event, with 6.78 billion yuan of funds introduced and more than 5 billion yuan worth of purchases.

On October 4th, during the expo, an event entitled "Knife PK" was staged. The knife is a kitchen knife, but it is not green vegetables but leather. More than a dozen well-known hardware makers came to the scene with their best choppers and they competed. There are four aspects of the “Knife Knife PK” competition in terms of sharpness, hardness, aesthetics and comfort. The method to test the sharpness is to cut the cows, and the time limit is 40 seconds.

The reporter saw that in front of each contestant was a cowhide with a length of about 50cm and a thick leather belt. With a single order, the contestants grabbed the cowhide like a skilled chef. In a little while, there was a small pile of "cowhide" like a potato. In the end, a manufacturer won the title with 61 outstanding results.
